This peppery red comes from low density 70+-year-old bush vines. Copper and sulphur are used in the smallest quantities and "no irrigation, never ever". It pours a deep red, typical of Negroamaro, with leathery aromas on first sip, before opening to reveal a much more fruity character and notes of red fruit and black cherry
