Casina Bric, which in Piemontese dialect means ‘Hilltop Farm’ is located at the highest
altitude in the village of Barolo at 460 meters above sea level. A light ruby colour in the glass with orange tints. Aromas of rose petals and sweet spices with notes of dark chocolate. On the palate, fresh and fruity with medium tannins and balanced acidity. Excellent with roasted butternut squash, wild mushroom risotto or Gorgonzola cheese.
